Overview
TE Connectivity has a Finance Internship within our Automotive Business Unit. This position will rotate between our facilities in Greensboro and Winston Salem, allowing for exposure to different functions (Costing, FP&A, Operations) within the Finance organization.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily and weekly reporting
Run reports from SAP, analyze data and seek answers to changes or differences.
Must be willing to dive in to the data and have a roll up their sleeves type of personality.
Perform other ad-hoc analysis as needed
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented sophomore or junior currently working toward a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting and who meets the following
Qualifications:
A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Microsoft Excel skill are critical. Access Database and ERP system understanding are a plus.
Knowledge of GAAP requirements preferred
Team player that is able to independently explore and discover issues.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
