Commercial Insurance Sales Producer /Relationship Manager
A leading Allstate Insurance Agency in the Triad (GSO-Winston Salem-High Point) is searching for an Outside Sales- Commercial Lines P&C Producer/Relationship Manager. This individual will be responsible for advising small business owners on risk and matching their risk with the appropriate solutions that Allstate has to offer, as well as the other brokered companies that the Agency can utilize via Allstate's Ivantage Program. The candidate will be responsible for quoting and selling the appropriate P&C insurance to these Small Businesses.
The position will also be the Relationship Manager with the Small Business- working with an Employee Benefits Advisor and Personal Lines Advisor as needs are uncovered with the Small Business.
The ideal candidate will be licensed in P&C and have some Commercial Lines experience. Although the experience is not necessarily required with insurance, but dealing with Small Business Owners in some capacity would be ideal. It also involves driving to see Small business Owners throughout the Triad area as well as on the phone in the office. So customer service and phone as well as sales skills are necessary. The ideal candidate will also need to be able to be self motivated to make sales as this is a salary plus commission & bonus pay plan that can be very rewarding to the right person! A college degree is preferred as well as some sales experience. A Property & Casualty license will be required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
