Technical Service Representative

Immediate opening for a technical service representative with experience in HVAC or mechanics.
Duties:
Answer all technical and parts calls, emails, and faxes from customers and field service personal.
Assist in processing claims and warranties.
Report technical and parts issues to appropriate departments.
Provide excellent customer service.
Review and help produce quality manuals and troubleshooting guides for customers and field service technicians.
Stay up-to-date with equipment.
Process parts orders and return authorization for customers and part distributors.
Requirements:
Computer literate with knowledge in Excel and Word.
Ability to work with others.
Maintain positive attitude.
Customer service skills.
Knowledge of refrigeration and troubleshooting technics for commercial refrigeration.
Must have at least 3-5 years of technical service experience.
Pay is $13.00 hourly. During your assignment you will have access to benefits that can include: medical, dental, vision, 401K, holiday pay and earned vacation time.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
