TMCS supports their internal partners with the same commitment to excellent service and assists both Regional and National Sales Teams, Business Banking, Offices, Regional Commercial Banking Offices, U.
S.
Corporate Offices and other wholesale banking teams.
The CSR spends nearly 85% of his/her time in a Check Verification phone-queue providing support to retail team members across the country.
Outbound calling efforts to treasury management customers is also an aspect of the role.
An excellent CSR will be able to handle more than 50 calls per day while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Additionally, the CSR may be responsible for responding to routine inquiries and complaints from internal and external customers regarding financial products and services.
Duties include:
processing routine to complex transactions on-line, researching and resolving routine to moderately complex problems and inquiries, and referring difficult problems to more senior representatives.
The hours of operation for the Check Verification Team are Monday through Saturday from 9 am ET to 7 pm ET.
Shifts will vary and will include Saturday work.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
