Intake/Customer Service Representative
A law firm located in Winston-Salem is seeking a highly motivated, friendly individual with outstanding organizational skills to serve as an entry-level intake/customer service representative. Employee will be responsible for answering the phone, screening cases, and some case management. Applicant should be proficient with computer software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook. A lot of direct contact with clients will be required, and a customer service background is helpful.
