YOUR ROLE:
Manage project of the complete overhaul of database systems and processes - from the modernization of how data is stored, to how campaigns are planned/executed through the reporting and analysis of programs. The project manager role will be expected to organize, facilitate and manage the tasks and communication between different internal departments and external suppliers for the transition and implementation of multiple new technology solutions.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
o 3-5
years project management experience (which may include packaged product development, custom application development and implementation projects), that includes :
o Technologies including web applications, AWS (Amazon Web Services), ETL (extract transform load), object oriented technologies and business intelligence
o Managing complex projects involving technology, software, systems and computer system validation activities, as well as audits of processes and systems
o Performing highly complex project management activities and leading technical projects
Experience in authoring documentation related to technical solutions
Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
Project change management, communication and training plans
Responsible for project management-related activities, including:
o Project planning
o Project status documentation and communication
o Transition and cut-over planning
o Training and communication planning
o Integration across multiple stakeholders, teams, systems and milestones
o Go live awareness and communication plans
Communicate project plan and next steps, assign tasks and record all meeting information/discussions
Develop and deliver status reporting and updates to team lead, project team and stakeholders
Manage cross-functional teams to provide input and share knowledge
Lead and manage communication activities and coordination of project events and logistics
Work with the cross-functional and cross-functional teams to develop training materials and manage updates to end user training materials as the project progressesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
