Manufacturing company of high tech components is recruiting an Engineering Supervisor. Individual will define, develop and modify software programs and electronic equipment for automated processes in production.
Individual will manage individuals and assign project tasks.
They will be expected to promote all company policies and procedures, being involved with continuous improvement and quality of product manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and improve software for current processes
Develop equipment / hardware for new processes
Conduct experimental tests and evaluate results
Create Manufacturing procedures
Select components and equipment based on analysis of specifications
Project Management
Manage vendors
Research, analyze and compile data for reports
Create and deliver presentations
Requirements:
BS Electrical Engineering degree

of electronic and software engineering
Supervisory experience
Application of programming languages in the Manufacturing environment (C++, etc)
Proficient in Labview, data acquisition systems, PLCs, and PID
Experience in automation, vision systems, test probers and photolithography
Must have supervisory and project management experience
