OverviewUse license plate recognition equipment to scan plates, do some surveillance, laptop research, and work with our team of repossession agents to secure our clients collateral.DescriptionThe Camera Car Driver and Field Investigator plays a vital role for NARServicesThey help recover vehicles and other assets for our clientsThey work closely with recovery agents to locate and secure our client's collateral utilizing leading edge technology.The Work You Will Do (Essential Functions)You will use License Plate Recognition equipment to scan license plates, engage in heavy surveillance, infield interviews, laptop research, and work collaboratively with our team of recovery agents to safely locate and secure our client's collateralThe work is outdoors, often driving a vehicle, and hours vary.The spotter may work some days in the lot to support operations by keeping inventory and completing redemptions.CompetenciesAbility to act in a discreet mannerComputer and smart phone SavvyAbility to read, write and speak English to communicate with customers, employees and vendors.Reliable, good attendance, good work ethic, and high integrityGood communication, Analytical and street knowledge skillsClean, professional appearanceEducation and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or a G.E.Dwith a continuous record of learningMust be 21 years of age to insureMust pass drug and backgroundMust have a valid driver license and good driving recordExperience in skip tracing, field locating, private investigations, or auto repossessions strongly preferred and would be beneficialExperience working in an outside environment without direct supervision
