Summary:
Wise Man Brewing is growing and seeking a Part-Time Production Assistant.
This key member of the team will be responsible for assisting with all aspects in the production area from pre-brewing to packaging.
Job Description Assist with the overall operation of the brewery and packaging equipment including but not limited to:
Packaging - Cleaning and filling kegs, canning line operations Preparation of Ingredients - Milling grain, weighing hops, dry-hopping, yeast management Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage areas Warehouse Logistics - Transporting product/materials to and from off-site warehouse Required Qualifications Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail and quality Flexibility to work additional hours and days that deviate from regular working hours Ability to handle up to 165 lbs kegs and 55 lbs bags of grain repeatedly Ability to think creatively and bring new ideas to the table Forklift certification or experience Preferred Qualifications Cellar/Lab/Brewery experience in a production brewery is preferred This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic production environment, contributing to the creation of high-quality products.
