Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED, required.
BSN preferred.
Experience:
Two years of relevant experience required.
Previous leadership and bed utilization experience is preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
Current RN license required.
Additional Skills (required):
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high level of problem solving and critical thinking skills to find solutions to difficult human, technical, clinical or administrative problems.
Excellent problem analysis skills to develop solutions.
Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage/coordinate effectively the work of non-subordinates.
