Their main aim is to project the professional organization image through telephone, face-to-face and e-mail interaction.
They handle member complaints and offer suitable proper solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities Handling outbound and inbound calls from members.
Handling incoming requests from member and staff by phone, e-mail, mail or fax.
Maintaining accurate records and confidential information Full understanding of our core processing system, policies and procedures.
The ability to perform with accuracy and speed.
Educating members on products and services that would best fit their needs.
Handling members calls with complex inquiries.
Supporting members through Internet access, telephone, email, fax and face-to-face.
Resolving member related issues and providing member with proper solution, via troubleshooting techniques.
Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries or appropriately placing that member with the correct department that can assist their needs.
Maintain records and training material to assist you with your job responsibilities.
Skills and Specifications Strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
Flexibility, proactive and perseverance.
Should be able to operate well under pressure.
Able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-starter.
Willingness to work as a team with others.
Knowledge of credit union policies, procedures, and services.
Ability to work independently.
Eager to learn new things.
Display a positive attitude towards members, coworkers and challenges.
Education and Qualifications High school diploma.
General education degree.
Interest in working with members.
