We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position of Project Manager, to work in Winston Salem, NC.
Responsibilities:
Lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities for small to medium-sized projects.
Facilitate needs assessment and recommend project control solutions for planning, scheduling, and tracking projects through the integration of various project management tools.
Determine, monitor, and review all project economics, including costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risks.
Control project requirements, scope, and change management issues.
Establish appropriate metrics for measuring key project criteria.
Manage changes in the operational plan.
Develop project control and reporting procedures.
Conduct status review meetings among project team members and clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
Extensive years of experience in project management, with a focus on small to medium-sized projects.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
