Resource Label Group is currently recruiting for an HR Generalist to join our Pharmaceutic Litho & Label team! The HR Generalist will provide overall support to our manufacturing facility located in Winston-Salem, NC - always ensuring a safe environment while administering policies relating to all phases of human resources.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working in a manufacturing, logistics or similar type of environment.
Responsibilities:
Administers payroll by verifying hours worked in accordance with state laws, experience utilizing ADP Workforce Now is preferred.
Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance.
Recruits, interviews, tests and selects employees to fill vacant hourly positions using ICIMS ATS system.
Responds to employee questions and inquiries regarding payroll policies and procedures.
Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
Keeps records of benefits plans participation, new hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
Administers benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence and employee assistance.
Advises supervisors regarding appropriate resolution of employee relations issues such as disciplinary actions, terminations, promotions, performance reviews, safety, and unlawful harassment.
Assists with performance management, working closely with supervisors providing guidance for performance reviews and merit increases.
Manages safety training, incidents, and compliance, investigates accidents, and prepares reports for insurance carrier.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is strongly preferred, however a combination of education and experience will be considered.

years of experience working in a manufacturing, logistics or similar environment.
HRIS experience in ADP Workforce is desired.
Knowledge of operational safety is required, which ideally includes managing an OSHA log and conducting safety training and meetings on a regular basis.
Must have experience and desire to creatively and actively perform full cycle recruitment.
