SkillBridge Program Overview:
Warriors to WestRock SkillBridge Program is a 90-day training program located at select manufacturing plant locations across the U.
S.
Ideal candidates will have experience in operations, maintenance, logistics, warehouse, safety, or similar MOS.
Must be E5-E9, WO, or JMO to participate.
During the program, Associates will be trained in various disciplines as it pertains to the operations of a paper and packaging manufacturing plant.
Participating locations in Mooresville, NC; Winston-Salem, NC; Ravenna, OH; Cleveland, OH; North Tonawanda, NY; Camillus, NY; Deer Park, NY; Lancaster, PA; Philadelphia, PA; and Fort Worth, TX.
Training curriculum includes overview of operations, maintenance, production, shipping/receiving, quality, and/or safety.
Prior to the completion of the 90-day program, Associates will be given an opportunity to interview for a full-time position at the plant.
The goal is to hire SkillBridge Associates into 1st Line Supervisors, Management Trainees, and Managers supporting operations, maintenance, production, shipping/receiving, quality, or safety.
