Summary:
Provides and coordinates administrative support for Talent Acquisition's day-to-day activities and workflow related to the hiring and pre-boarding of new team members.
Assists team with the roll out of implementation of programs and initiatives.
Responds to inquiries related to policies and procedures.
Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills are strongly utilized.
Must have a high proficiency with skills related to technology and Microsoft Office Suite products such as Excel, Powerpoint, Office365, etc.
EDUCATION/
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required.
One year of related experience in Human Resources preferred.
Essential Functions:
Provides support to Talent Acquisition functions related to the pre-boarding experience for all new teammates.
Provides information to teammates on matters pertaining to their personal information.
Assists HR leaders with various projects, presentations, and reports for their respective areas.
Limit access to protected health information (PHI) to the information reasonably necessary to do the job.
Shares information only on a need to know basis for work purposes.
Access to verbal, written and electronic PHI for this job has been determined based on job level and job responsibility within the organization.
Computerized access to PHI for this job has been determined as described above and is controlled via user ID and password.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
