6K a year 10 days ago 10 days ago 10 days ago Job Description Southeast Mechanical, a growing, acquisitive platform of HVAC companies in the southeastern United States, is seeking an HR Manager to help consolidate some of the HR functions at the corporate level and focus on our creation of a Business Service Center concept as we add value to our companies by simplifying their responsibilities.

Responsibilities Manage the recruitment process across the platform Oversee the annual benefits renewal process across the platform, working closely with brokers to determine selection of the best benefits package and leveraging group size to ensure the most competitive pricing Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Manage continued development and updates to the employee handbook Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs as needed Develop HRIS platform for electronic benefits enrollment Track benefits eligibility for new hires Manage the year end 401(k) audit process Assist with managing the worker compensation coverage and claim reporting Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred SHRM or PHR certification a plus Previous experience in an HR role Good organizational abilities and time management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent written and oral communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite Previous experience with Proliant payroll, HRIS and various carrier platforms a plus Job Type:
