The Human Resources Manager will coordinate employee engagement initiatives, process payroll, and support the Senior Director of Human Resources in all daily facets of human resources programs and recruitment that support the strategic goals and objectives of the organization.
This role reports into Sr.
Director of Human Resources and is based Winston-Salem, NC.
Job Summary This position will be filled at the level commensurate with the successful candidate's qualifications.
Southern Fasteners / Supply Technologies division of ParkOhio, is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who can immediately begin partnering and providing HR services to business units.

Key aspects of the position include staffing, performance management, compensation management, worker compensation, payroll administration, and training and development.
Specific duties include administering company programs (performance management, payroll, merit programs, etc.
), training (orientations, leadership training, compliance training) and providing other related HR services.
Other related duties include:
Responding to inquiries from management and employees on human resources issues to ensure company and business unit programs, policies and procedures are administered in a consistent and legal manner.
Collaborating and working with Senior Director of Human Resources and others in human resources community to develop strategies and plans to address needs identified.
Assisting in integrating human resources strategies and plans with business plans.
Coordinating administration of human resource programs such as succession and workforce planning, staffing/position posting system, performance management, leadership training, and employee engagement/communication.
Providing tools to address a variety of moderately complex to complex HR issues and initiatives including compliance, employee relations, investigations, equitable and consistent treatment of employees, change management and problem resolution.
Gathering and compiling data, performing analysis and making recommendations.
Identify and drive the sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience HR Business Partner 3-5 years directly related knowledge and experience.
Specific knowledge, skills, abilities and experience include:
Strong working knowledge of performance management, employee relations, pay and staffing trends and practices.
Knowledge of company organizational structure.
In depth knowledge of company policies, programs, and procedures Strong planning and organizational skills.
Strong personal computer skills and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education.
Preferred Disciplines:
Business, Human Resources Other disciplines may be substituted for the preferred discipline(s) listed above.
Certifications Preferred:
