Assisting the Human Resources Director with the daily HR duties Aids the HR Director with invoices, recruitment, reviewing applications, hiring, and the onboarding system Performs new hire orientations Supports the Training Director with the training schedule and uniform ordering Collaborates with the HR Director and Lead Executives on strategic planning Manages Team Member depth chart and weekly updates.
Serves along side the HR Director as a representative at local job fairs and recruitment events.
The HR Leader will also serve on our Operations Team as a Leader during our peak hours Responsible for all other operations or HR task as assigned Be servant-hearted and humble, must be coachable and willing to learn NOTE:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
