To be successful in this role you must possess maintenance experience, carpentry skills, light plumbing.
Electrical knowledge is a plus.
In addition, you must be able to properly identify and document maintenance repair work.
Be well equipped for any job and highly diverse in their field of trade.
The successful candidate will be a jack of all trades.

Carpentry related work orders Board Ups (Broken storefront windows and glass doors) Locksmith (changing locks or replacing locks) Drywall Repairs Painting Ceiling tile related repairs.
