Responsibilities:
Strategy Development Key customer expert - understand customer and Liberty Hardware objectives and strategies to drive win-win situations Partner with New Product Development and Marketing Research teams to obtain market and trend research, determine market potential, identify shopper needs or trends to develop shopper/customer specific in-store and digital marketing plan using OGSTM principles Perform competitive analysis to understand how competition is placed across various competing retailers Drive gap analysis to identify opportunities to grow Liberty's business with the customer via new product, assortment, merchandising, cross selling, promotions, etc. Analyze category specific customer finances and data analytics to provide analytical insights for development of customer plans Research and share best practices in customer marketing with marketing colleagues including cross categories Define and develop merchandising (for new and existing products), Planograms, POS and in-store signage/collateral strategies that drive sales and improves end user shopping experience Customer Engagement Manage the presentation planning and execution of product line or business reviews as requested by the customer Maintain and build relationships with key customer; work with the customer to collectively build annual plan, executing projects efficiently Drive the development of annual customer specific marketing plans that are in line with category, product and e-comm objectives Create relationships with the customer's store environment organization and develop actionable insights into their vision - go to market strategy Cross-functional Collaboration Work with Product Marketing and New Product Development Teams to understand category specific marketing plans and customize the plans for the customer accordingly Work with E-comm teams to build robust omni-channel Partner with finance to execute projects within budget and to increase profitability Consistent communication with planning, procurement and graphics to execute launch effectiveness Clear partnership with sales to provide key customer full program support Provide direction to marketing coordinators to address customer requests Provide all executional project direction to project management lead Support all aspects of life cycle management, including minimum semi-annual review of display components Participation in company key projects (CI, SI, DSP, TCP, etc.) Building Relationships Solicit feedback from internal customers and translate into continuous improvement opportunities Provide on-boarding, coaching and training to junior staff as needed Education/
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business 4-7 years' product or channel marketing experience Consumer package goods, home improvement or building products experience Experience working in a channel or product marketing role with P&L responsibility
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Brand Marketing & Management, Digital Marketing & Social Media, Marketing Research & AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
