We are looking for a junior Front End Web Developer to join the DTC eCommerce Team at our Winston-Salem, NC headquarters. In this role, you'll have a direct impact on deploying creative technical solutions to fuel continued growth through new website capabilities and functionality, as well as lead enhancements to data integrations connected to email, paid media, and CRM/Customer Care platforms. What You'll Be Doing:
Primary front-end developer on all Shopify Plus projects, ensuring that all DTC properties and 3rd-party integrations are built to modern web standards, deliver high digital performance, and match the approved functionality and design. Research requirements for implementing new technologies in order to summarize capabilities and propose solutions to address limitations. Continuously identify and develop fixes for bugs and other issues to ensure optimal website performance. Serve as a technical advisor to various internal stakeholders in digital marketing, sales, customer service, and operations. Build out custom Shopify themes and/or modify pre-existing themes. Build out custom landing pages in HTML/CSS/JS. Debug website bugs, implement fixes, and communicate updates to the team. Troubleshoot issues that arise among our technology platforms and Shopify apps. Assist with running and monitoring website conversion a/b tests. Recognize Yourself? Apply Today! A solid portfolio of live, secure, responsive, custom web builds in HTML/CSS/JS, and has the demonstrated ability to apply a deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP functions to create custom solutions in Shopify. Strong experience with Shopify Plus, the App ecosystem, Script Editor and discounts/promotion programming as they relate to web development skillsets. Familiarity with Salesforce cloud solutions including integrations with CRM, email marketing, social and customer care platforms. Ability to develop user interfaces that deliver an excellent direct-to-consumer shopping experience from entry page to shopping cart and checkout. Ability to design custom back-end solutions to solve business problems that impact the ecommerce business. Certification as a Shopify Plus Expert is required; experience with other eCommerce platforms is a plus. 2-3 years front end development experience. Extraordinary attention to detail and careful execution. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit. Ability to work unsupervised to meet short and long-term deadlines. High trustworthiness and availability on-call when issues arise. Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with complex problem-solving and abstract thinking.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
